By the way, there are so many programs and classes for you to choose from. We have cycle classes, weights classes, functional fitness classes, pilates classes, circuit classes, high intensity interval training classes… so many classes for you to try!

All group fitness classes at Performex Gym here in Cairns are delivered and coached by trainers with a minimum Certificate IV in personal training which is above the industry standard for group fitness instructors.

This means that regardless of your current fitness level, our coaches are qualified and experienced enough to provide options and advice to get you moving.
